About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Department Associate to join our team at Sprouts Farmers Market. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dairy and frozen food cases, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and Face Product: Ensure that all dairy and frozen food products are properly stocked, faced, and organized on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Clean and sanitize the dairy and frozen food cases, as well as the surrounding areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, assist with purchases, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Rotate and Discard Expired Products: Regularly inspect and rotate dairy and frozen food products to ensure that expired or spoiled items are removed from the sales floor.
  • Operate Equipment Safely: Use equipment such as knives, scales, and compactors safely and efficiently to perform tasks.
Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 16 years of age.
  • Dependability: Be dependable and reliable, with the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk up to 5 miles in an 8-hour shift.
