The Sales Route Associate is a full-time role focused on the distribution, promotion, and presentation of Rolling Frito-Lay's extensive range of products, including popular snacks like Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos, to various retail outlets such as convenience stores, discount shops, and major supermarkets.

In this position, you will operate a Rolling Frito-Lay vehicle to visit different retail locations, working autonomously to deliver orders, showcase products, collaborate with store managers to boost sales, and maintain accurate records throughout your workday.


What to anticipate:
Gain foundational knowledge of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and sales training alongside our supportive team members.

Cover routes for team members, explore various stores, and engage with new customers.

Enhance sales on your route by fostering relationships, implementing promotional displays, and executing national sales initiatives.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old.

Possess a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by your state.

Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

Successful completion of a Department of Transportation physical and certification is required.
