Job Opportunity

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Intake Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, training, and supporting our intake team. This is a direct hire position with a competitive salary of $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train the intake team to ensure efficient and effective case management.
  • Communicate with paralegals, attorneys, and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Serve as the liaison for all technical issues related to case management software.
  • Collaborate with vendors for troubleshooting and updates.
  • Continuously improve and evaluate the intake and software support processes.
  • Handle phone interactions with clients for support and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of recent and relevant experience working in a personal injury law firm.
  • Intake experience is required.
  • Experience with Neos software is a plus.
  • Personal injury law firm experience is required.
  • Case management software experience is desired.
  • Customer-friendly with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Ability to multi-task.
