Your Role:

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service process
  • Conducting a thorough walk-around of the vehicle
  • Collecting essential vehicle information
  • Listening attentively to customer concerns to better understand their needs

Qualifications:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Experience in vehicle repair or service is preferred
  • Background in customer service is advantageous
