Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner, obtaining accurate information regarding their vehicle, and advising them on maintenance intervals according to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
  • Obtain accurate information regarding the customer's vehicle, documenting any and all concerns to the repair order
  • Advise customers on the maintenance intervals according to manufacturer specifications
  • Provide customers with a complete and accurate estimate for labor and parts
  • Provide customers with a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services performed to their vehicle
  • Obtain prior authorization from the customer or warranty company of repairs that need to be completed
  • Handle telephone inquiries regarding customer concerns, appointments, and follow up with customers on work in progress
  • Verify manufacturer and extended warranty coverage

Requirements:

  • Service Advisor experience: 1 year
  • DMS experience (preferred)
  • Clean driving record
  • Time management skills
  • Commitment to 100% customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and Microsoft Excel
  • Organized, professional, and courteous
