Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our production and selection departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, communication, and coordination with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update project schedules with field supervisors on a daily basis
  • Verify construction schedule items for accuracy
  • Create initial purchase orders for new projects
  • Assign and verify trade partners have confirmed schedule items
  • Advise production managers of potential delays
  • Review and classify activity codes in the BuilderTrend Cost Inbox feature
  • Collaborate with project developer, production manager, and field supervisors to acquire and file trade partner bids
  • Review selection cards and purchase orders for accuracy
  • Finalize production schedule detailing and assignment of trade partners
  • Assist production manager and field supervisors with entry of change order pricing and details
  • Schedule warranty service appointments
  • Sources materials and provide price quotes as needed
  • Initiate and manage material returns
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years remodeling construction experience
  • College associate or bachelor's degree
  • Construction trades experience
  • Corporate purchasing experience
  • Familiarity with project management software applications, preferably BuilderTrend
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
  • Minimum 2 years service-oriented background or similar experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Transportation and clean driving record
