Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our production and selection departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, communication, and coordination with team members.
Key Responsibilities- Update project schedules with field supervisors on a daily basis
- Verify construction schedule items for accuracy
- Create initial purchase orders for new projects
- Assign and verify trade partners have confirmed schedule items
- Advise production managers of potential delays
- Review and classify activity codes in the BuilderTrend Cost Inbox feature
- Collaborate with project developer, production manager, and field supervisors to acquire and file trade partner bids
- Review selection cards and purchase orders for accuracy
- Finalize production schedule detailing and assignment of trade partners
- Assist production manager and field supervisors with entry of change order pricing and details
- Schedule warranty service appointments
- Sources materials and provide price quotes as needed
- Initiate and manage material returns
- Minimum 2 years remodeling construction experience
- College associate or bachelor's degree
- Construction trades experience
- Corporate purchasing experience
- Familiarity with project management software applications, preferably BuilderTrend
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Suite
- Minimum 2 years service-oriented background or similar experience
- Detail-oriented
- Transportation and clean driving record
- Selections approved
- Selections accuracy
- Completed project ToDos
- Schedule accuracy up to 3 weeks out
- Positive peer feedback
- Amount of projects managed annually
