Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Account Executive to join our team at HarmonyCares. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible patients into our HarmonyCares program and building relationships with physician offices and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community outreach account plans to engage patients and healthcare providers in the HarmonyCares program.
  • Conduct thorough research on community provider practices and patient healthcare needs to inform account plans.
  • Outreach and educate community providers and patients on the benefits of the HarmonyCares program.
  • Collect and analyze patient outcomes and experiences to inform account plans and improve program effectiveness.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly engagement targets.
Requirements
  • College degree or 5 years of progressive career growth.
  • 3+ years of related experience in sales, account management, community outreach, or patient engagement in a medical/healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with ability to generate Excel reports.
  • Dynamic and engaging personality with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to think on your feet and respond to inquiries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or other language.
  • Comfort with CRM and EMR tools.
