Experienced Sous Chef Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Oahu Country Club. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cooks and other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of foodstuffs
  • Maintain food costs and labor costs within budget
  • Ensure that cooking methods and portion sizes are as prescribed
  • Taste and inspect all food products being served
  • Provide guidance and instruction to cooking personnel
  • Assist with menu planning and preparation
  • Prepare weekly schedules and ensure kitchen sanitation
  • Inspect and rotate inventory, and utilize excess products for specials and banquets
