We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at YELLOW - Union Market. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the success of our restaurant, working closely with our Chef/Owner to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of cooking experience, including 1 year in a sous chef position or similar. You will be responsible for assisting the Chef/Owner in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations. You will also be responsible for leading a team of cooks and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

- Lead a team of cooks and ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and scheduling
- Ensure that all health and safety standards are met
- Work closely with the Chef/Owner to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests
