Revolutionizing the Funeral Industry

At Foundation Partners Group, we're transforming the funeral industry one life, one family, and one community at a time. We're seeking a visionary Regional Leader to join our team in South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a culture of trust, open communication, and teamwork
  • Motivate and engage Team Members to inspire mission and build advocacy
  • Lead by example, setting a good example and role-modeling behavior
  • Understand key team member engagement drivers and connect with team members on an individual and professional level
  • Set clear expectations and ensure Team Members are held accountable for performance standards
  • Provide daily coaching and performance feedback
  • Work closely with location Leaders on coaching and performance issues
  • Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Recognize and celebrate individual and team accomplishments
  • Provide leadership, direction, and performance coaching to funeral directors and funeral services staff
  • Perform embalming, cosmetizing, and dressing as needed
  • Manage fleet staffing, care, and logistics
  • Work with Location Leader to facilitate scheduling of rotational funeral director and embalmers
  • Manage cremation staff and sign off on cremations
  • Manage administrative processes and workflow
  • Interface with physicians as needed
  • Adhere to and stay up to date on OSHA and regulatory and compliance procedures
  • Manage budget weekly, working closely with the location manager, accounting, and senior leadership
  • Submit projects/Capex for budgeting
  • Hold Team Members accountable for inventory and cost controls
  • Manage and monitor labor costs
  • Identify and facilitate cluster efficiencies
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid state-issued funeral director license
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, community leaders, clergy, and grieving client families
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent follow-up skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and a team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift safely, walk, stand, and sit for long periods as needed
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
