Business Development Associate

We are seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our team at Zachary Hernan - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in growing our business and improving the lives of our customers.

Job Description:
  • We estimate the salary for this position to be around $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
  • You will use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish customer relationships, follow up with customers as needed, and use your knowledge of State Farm insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
