Job Description:

The Store Business Development Manager is a key role that drives sales growth, customer satisfaction and employee engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth, leading the sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth
  • Lead the sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Build high-performing teams and develop talent
  • Implement floorset updates and styling recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Inclusion & Diversity Awareness and ability to build high-performing teams
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
