Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify Patient Information: Greet patients, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain accurate records to ensure timely and efficient care.
  • Facilitate Patient Flow: Collect co-payments, obtain signatures, and make updates on patient charts to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including revenue cycles and maintaining schedules, to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a medical setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and knowledge of healthcare plans.
