POSITION SUMMARY

The role of a Front Desk Agent transcends the traditional tasks of check-in and check-out. Our aim is to craft an experience that is both memorable and distinctive for every guest.

As a Guest Services Representative, you will take the initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services that enhance the guest experience throughout their stay.

You will have the autonomy to navigate your environment and fulfill the necessary tasks.

Whether it involves addressing operational requirements, responding to guest inquiries, compiling reports, or highlighting local attractions, the Guest Services Representative ensures that every interaction feels integral to the overall experience.


Success in this position hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your appearance and communication remain professional.

Guest Services Representatives will be active and engaged, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and take a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance).

Performing these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable duties as assigned) is essential for Guest Services Representatives to deliver exceptional service to our guests and support our business objectives consistently.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior work experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None
