Overview

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for welcoming and accommodating guests at our establishment. Your role is crucial in ensuring a pleasant and seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Check-in and allocate rooms to guests efficiently.
  • Provide room keys and detailed instructions to guests or Guest Service Agents.
  • Organize and monitor incoming correspondence, including mail and messages.
  • Facilitate communication by transmitting and receiving messages through various channels.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, registration processes, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and pricing.
  • Calculate bills, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
  • Handle reservations, including making, confirming, and canceling as required.
  • Post charges to guest accounts for services such as lodging, dining, and other amenities.
  • Assist guests with arrangements for transportation and entertainment.
  • Safeguard guest valuables in the hotel’s secure deposit facilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in various office software applications.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures for each shift, including night audits.
Qualifications

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Capable of performing tasks that involve pushing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
