Clinical Supervisor RN

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage clinical support staff and workflows within the clinic
- Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels
- Lead clinical staff to ensure efficient, safe, and timely patient care services
- Ensure compliance with established clinic policies and procedures
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire (for locations in Washington)
- 3 years direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting
- Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment
- Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
