Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to facilitate efficient transactions.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities while managing the POS system and other operational tasks.
  • Accurately enter all sales transactions into the POS system.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout your shift.
  • Ensure online orders are accurately matched with the correct customer or delivery personnel upon collection.
  • Assist with light stocking of beverages, paper goods, and other retail items as necessary.
  • Support cleanliness by performing regular screen and counter wipe-downs.
  • Complete light cleaning tasks before and after service as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, count, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
  • Willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in operating a POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is essential.
  • Knowledge of Square POS is advantageous.
