Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Associate to provide administrative and clerical support for the Academic Records Unit at Community College of Philadelphia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify enrollment status and degree awards, process academic transcripts, and correct and update academic records.
  • Process enrollment error reports from the National Student Clearinghouse and maintain sensitivity and understanding for a diverse academic environment.
  • Manage Records department email account, research and respond to emails, and process requests or route within the office for proper follow-up.
  • Process student enrollment certification online and in-person, and respond to inquiries regarding academic records.
  • Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with the mission, goals, and core values of the College.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an administrative or clerical support position required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders required.
  • Ability to maintain sensitivity, understanding, and respect for a diverse academic environment required.
