Job Description

We're seeking a Dealership Document Manager at Mark Porter Auto Group to ensure the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles and registrations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our accounting processes, contributing to the seamless operation of our dealership.


Benefits Package:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process vehicle title paperwork accurately, ensuring all documents are complete and filed on time.
  • Verify the accuracy of all vehicle information related to titles and registrations before submission.
  • Liaise with internal departments, customers, and external agencies to resolve title issues efficiently.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in process efficiency related to title paperwork and documentation management.
  • Maintain an understanding of title regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance with state laws and company policies.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in handling documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and external contacts.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Familiarity with automotive dealership management software and other related computer applications.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently as needed.
