Automotive Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Professional to join our team at Butler Ford. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, listening to their concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, schedule service appointments, and communicate repair timelines with customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and timely communication, handling inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient computer skills for documenting service details and estimates, high school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certification is a plus.
- A competitive salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
