Client Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Service Technician Liaison at Butler Ford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.
Primary Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, schedule service appointments and communicate repair timelines with customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs, prepare accurate cost estimates for customers.
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership setting is preferred, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities, basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, proficient computer skills for documenting service details and estimates.
- A competitive salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.
