We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Dealership Merchandise Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the merchandise aspect of our dealership, ensuring that we provide our customers with the best possible selection and value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the receiving, stocking, and maintenance of all merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately inventoried and displayed.
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to ensure that merchandise is accurately priced and presented.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an automotive Parts Department, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
