Position Overview

Audi Long Beach is seeking a committed and customer-oriented professional to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. In this role, you will guide clients in selecting the ideal vehicle that aligns with their preferences, ensuring a remarkable experience throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers through consultative selling techniques to assist them in choosing a vehicle.
  • Offer comprehensive product insights to empower customers in making educated purchasing choices.
  • Facilitate vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight the features and advantages of various models.
  • Remain updated on market trends and new vehicle releases to effectively convey product benefits.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Leverage CRM systems and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and monitor sales performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous.

Compensation: Anticipated total annual earnings range from $47,900 to $159,900, inclusive of commissions, hourly wages, and benefits.
