- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in retail, client services, or sales.
- Skills: Professional communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Licenses and Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Personal Qualities: Innate curiosity, willingness to learn, flexibility, and a desire to create positive memorable experiences for clients.
