Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Commercial Loan Portfolios: Manage a portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring that all loan agreements are complete and accurate according to bank policy.
  • Represent the Bank: Represent Cadence Bank in public relations activities and community affairs, providing a professional and business-like atmosphere within the banking division.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our presence in Florida.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in finance preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a financial institution as a commercial lender, with a proven track record of developing new business and successfully managing a portfolio.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, sales-oriented, and strong desire to be part of a winning team.
