Director of Sales and Marketing

TNT Power Wash Services is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts across our five locations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and providing coaching to sales managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Provide guidance and support to sales managers to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and insights to leadership
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement
  • Travel to other locations as needed to support sales efforts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Proven sales experience in a service-based industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting
  • Valid driver's license
