Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, performing high-quality carpet cleaning services, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, vehicles, and other company assets
  • Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance, adhering to company health and safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, maintaining timely and effective communication
  • Work in a performance-based compensation structure, paid bi-weekly
Requirements
  • Previous experience in carpet cleaning, hard surface cleaning, and/or air duct cleaning
  • Reliable transportation to get to work
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen
  • Some customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including some nights and Saturdays
  • Comfortable working in both commercial and residential environments
