Job Title: Brand Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Brand Communications Specialist to join our team. As a Brand Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing various communication channels, executing marketing strategies, and enhancing our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement communication procedures for various situations or crises.
  • Collaborate with other teams to define and maintain the public voice of the brand.
  • Create and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
  • Produce digital content for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage LinkedIn and Google advertising/marketing efforts.
  • Handle some graphic design and website design, development, and support.
  • Provide marketing support to sales teams.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to monitor KPIs like website traffic and conversion rates, and assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, website management, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytical tools to measure marketing performance.
  • Basic graphic design and website development skills.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and Google advertising/marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft a variety of business documents.
  • Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work closely with sales, operations, and executive management teams.
