Wildlife Control Specialist

Arrow Exterminators is seeking to hire a full-time Wildlife Control Specialist dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial wildlife management clients. This role involves exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife, which includes sealing, caulking, or installing protective measures in vulnerable areas such as roofs, vents, and other entry points. The position often requires working at heights and may involve basic carpentry skills.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WILDLIFE CONTROL SPECIALIST

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife. You will begin by engaging with customers to understand their concerns, utilizing your problem-solving skills to conduct thorough inspections of their properties. Your expertise in wildlife will guide you in determining the most effective solutions and communicating the next steps to the customer. After completing your service, whether it involves exclusion, trapping, or removal, you will handle payment collection and suggest additional services that may benefit the customer. Your ability to work independently and manage your schedule will be essential in this role.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Adherence to a Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
  • Compliance with state regulatory agency licensing/certification requirements
  • Successful completion of internal technical examinations
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional appearance, including wearing the approved company uniform
  • Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
