About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Knoxville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and quality customer care to patients and clients
  • Process invoice payments and manage client accounts
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical history
  • Determine patient status and communicate with medical staff
  • Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by veterinarians
  • Accurately input data into computer software and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
  • Work with all departments to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relay information
Qualifications
  • Must have weekend and holiday availability
  • Strong customer service and reception experience
  • Knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Conflict resolution skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
