We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Services Representative to join our team at Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Knoxville. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the first point of contact for clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly and quality customer care to patients and clients
- Process invoice payments and manage client accounts
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain necessary medical history
- Determine patient status and communicate with medical staff
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by veterinarians
- Accurately input data into computer software and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and exam rooms
- Work with all departments to organize referral scheduling, direct questions, and relay information
- Must have weekend and holiday availability
- Strong customer service and reception experience
- Knowledge of veterinary medicine is preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
