Position Title: Electrical Engineer

Role Overview:

As an Electrical Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize and engineer control panels customized for diverse applications. This position requires a commitment to ensuring that all designs adhere to safety regulations and operational standards, emphasizing ease of maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control panels for various applications.
  • Select suitable electrical components such as switches, relays, and sensors based on system specifications.
  • Integrate components into comprehensive systems to guarantee smooth operation and compatibility.
  • Utilize expertise in choosing appropriate gauges, relays, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and circuits for specific tasks.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in control panel design.
  • Expertise in component selection.
  • Experience in the integration of electrical components.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes and UL standards.
  • Knowledge of designing to UL508a standards.

Soft Skills:

  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective team collaboration skills.

Work Environment:

This role is conducted entirely on-site, providing a dynamic work atmosphere that combines manufacturing floor activities with desk work. The team operates under a business casual dress code from 8 AM to 5 PM, collaborating with a group of approximately six engineers alongside technicians, field service personnel, and sales engineers.
