Job Summary:

The Crucible is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance contracts
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors
  • Assist with HR tasks, including talent recruitment and employee onboarding
  • Support financial tasks, including QuickBooks and petty cash management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of work experience in an administrative role
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Google Workspace Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility in communication styles and modes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • E-commerce experience
  • Experience as a receptionist in an office setting
  • Work experience in a non-profit or educational organization
