We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Coordinator to support the COO and SVP of a larger Division in Oakland, CA. This is a contract-based position that could potentially transition to a full-time role.



As a Corporate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executives, including calendar management, preparing for meetings, responding to emails, and drafting documents.



The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C-level support, with at least 10 years of experience. They should be well-organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Responsibilities will include:




  • Calendar Management: Coordinate executive schedules, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Meeting Preparation: Aid executives in preparing for meetings, including researching topics, drafting agendas, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Email and Document Management: Respond to emails and manage document requests on behalf of the executives, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Document Creation: Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives, utilizing advanced Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.


Qualifications for this role include:




  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Adobe experience preferred but not required.
  • Salesforce experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


We estimate the salary for this position to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. This estimate may vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
