Job Summary

SP+ is a leading provider of parking and transportation solutions, driven by a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Valet Driver to join our team in an overnight shift position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Parking: Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting any findings and ensuring the vehicle is secure.
  • Customer Service: Explain valet rates to customers, respond quickly and kindly to customer questions, and provide directions as needed.
  • Safe Driving Practices: Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices, and report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
  • Additional Duties: Assist management with additional duties as assigned, and maintain a clean uniform and a professional appearance throughout the shift.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid state driver's license, current address, and an acceptable driving record.
  • Manual Transmission: The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) is a plus.
  • Availability: Availability to work special shifts if needed, including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends.
  • Eligibility: Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired).
  • Communication Skills: The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers, and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints.
  • Basic Math Skills: The ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency, and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos.
