This role will support the day-to-day management of the valet operation, ensuring an excellent guest experience, good client relations, and a professional and courteous image.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in programs to improve client and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure guests receive timely and exceptional service by assisting with vehicle handling, answering questions, and having a thorough knowledge of the valet operation.
  • Create a staffing schedule according to daily vehicle volume.
  • Maintain compliance with standard operating procedures, ensuring the safety and security of vehicles and keys.
  • Prepare and process daily paperwork according to audit compliance standards.
  • Quickly identify vehicle make and models, and have a general knowledge of vehicle operations.
  • Ensure drive lanes and crosswalks are clean and free of debris.
  • Report any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
  • Review damage claims.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and coaching an excellent valet team.
  • Substitute for any position, if necessary.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience Required: High School Graduate. A minimum of six months of valet experience preferred.

Availability to Work: Special shift requirements may vary depending on location's hiring needs.

License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
