Job Summary

As a Valet Service Attendant at Choctaw Resort Development Enterprise, you will be responsible for the safe operation and transport of guest vehicles on company property. This role requires adherence to established policies, procedures, and controls. You will contribute to a safe work environment by identifying potential safety hazards and reporting them to the appropriate person.

Key Responsibilities

Provide impeccable guest service to all guests
Assist guests promptly and courteously in Valet check-in and checkout
Run (never walk) for all pick-ups from the Valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines
Park vehicles in designated areas of the property and accurately record the location of the vehicle onto a Valet receipt
Effectively communicate with the Lead Valet Service Attendant
Present a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance, wearing only the designated Valet uniform while on the job
Escort the guest and transport their luggage to and from the guest vehicle
Work in rotation with all assigned Valet Service Attendants at all assigned posted during shift

Requirements

21 years of age or above
Gaming property - Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission
High School diploma or GED is preferred
Must possess a valid Driver's License and good driving record - two (2) or less moving violations within a 12-month period
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other associates of the organization

Work Environment

This position requires physical fitness and the ability to repeatedly jog to and from the Valet parking lot for the duration of the shift. You will work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas, you may be subjected to tobacco smoke.
