We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Specialist to join our team at Care Dynamics, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth in the retail beauty sector by providing top-tier training and support to retail partners.

About the Job

This is a part-time, contract-to-hire position that is ideal for someone with a passion for cosmetics and a strong background in retail beauty sales. As an Education Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in the fast-growing beauty and cosmetics industry, with a flexible schedule that combines field work and desk work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Regional Account Executive to create strategies for boosting sales in the Austin area.
  • Conduct in-store training sessions for retail partners, educating them about the brand and product lines to drive growth.
  • Assist with in-store events and retailer-led initiatives to engage customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, in-store activities, and event outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent in-store presence, supporting retail partners with training and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail beauty or cosmetics environment.
  • Must be available for 20-25 hours of in-store work per week, with an additional 2-3 hours of desk work.
  • Ability to travel to various retail locations throughout Austin, TX, with reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for weekly reporting and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to train and support retail partners.
  • Ability to carry event materials and product boxes for in-store events.
