Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Structural Heart division. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in managing the financial performance of our business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • P&L Management: Oversee and manage the profit and loss statement for our sales operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining high standards of financial integrity and compliance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, driving profitability and growth.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, franchise managers, and executive leadership, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to streamline financial operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in the Medical Device Industry is a plus.
