Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Vice President of Consumer Sales and Revenue Growth. This key leadership role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic plans to increase ticket sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth and Strategy
    • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies to increase ticket sales and customer engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Ticket Sales and Marketing
    • Lead the development and execution of ticket sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with revenue growth goals.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and direct a team of ticket sales and marketing professionals to achieve revenue growth and customer engagement goals.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track revenue growth and customer engagement metrics.
    • Use data and analytics to inform revenue growth and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ticket sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
