Collaboration with flight test engineers and other engineering disciplines is essential for scheduling, testing, and troubleshooting during developmental aircraft flight tests.

The engineer will work independently across engineering, maintenance, and logistics teams, effectively communicating instrumentation issues and updates.

Tasks may also encompass supporting initial installations and functional operations on the production line and flight line as test aircraft progress through manufacturing and flight sequences.

Collaboration with the FTI fabrication shop is necessary to ensure all required hardware is identified, ordered, and delivery timelines are established.
