Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our incredible team. As a Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will work under the supervision of our top senior sales and marketing managers, receiving support and guidance throughout your training. You will also have access to a marketing database to enhance sales margins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly outreach to potential customers to promote our brand, educate consumers on our products, and inform them of service prices within their means.
  • Train with our lead sales and marketing team to perfect the sales pitch, understand product knowledge, analyze market research between leading competitors, and improve marketing and sales tactics.
  • Attend virtual meetings and in-person conferences regarding our partnered clients' updated promotions, products, and sale progress to maintain compliance and achieve quarterly sales goals.
  • Upsell new products and services by identifying customer needs and utilizing product knowledge to customize promotion deals.
  • Establish and achieve daily sales goals by resolving customer concerns and overturning objections.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or client relations.
