Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Director to join our team at OfferFit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Collaborate with our business development and marketing teams to generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer leaders, including CMOs and CIOs
  • Work closely with our technical implementation team to ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption of our AI solution
  • Communicate customer needs and feedback to our product and marketing teams to inform our product roadmap
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary and commission structure, with the potential to earn up to $172,000-$305,000 in total compensation
