This position requires an individual with demonstrated expertise in project management, a solid understanding of contemporary food trends, cocktails, and beers, along with a genuine passion for building a thriving business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding levels of customer service for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns.
  • Set targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and ownership, emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Provide management with reports on sales performance and productivity.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in project management.
  • A minimum of 2 years in training and management roles.
  • Basic financial acumen and accountability.
  • Preferred experience with PNL input.
  • Knowledge of product ordering and inventory management is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
  • Engagement in hospitality and community initiatives.
  • Experience in serving and bartending is required.
  • Familiarity with ALOHA P.O.S. systems is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends, including late hours.
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management.
  • Proficient in various software applications (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Skilled in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices.
  • Capability to manage staff and achieve financial objectives.
  • Guest-focused and service-oriented mindset.
