Job Description

The Account Representative role at Leiters Inc is a dynamic position that requires critical thinking with a sales and customer focus. This individual will be responsible for sales growth among current customers, identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio by analyzing customer ordering trends, developing sales strategies, and executing these plans.

Sales Objectives: The Account Representative must consistently work to build stronger customer relationships and loyalty, meeting quarterly sales goals. This role also involves participating in outbound selling activities related to leads to determine new prospective customer interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business to ensure consistent revenue month over month and drive growth opportunities.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the supported territory, formulate plan to grow the base and execute plan to deliver sales results.
  • Support onboarding and customer orientation activities to assure a timely and seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in a commercial pharmacy setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and adhere to time frames in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-friendly with excellent communication, phone, and writing skills.
  • Computer abilities should include Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics, order input, and fulfillment systems.

Compensation: $25-28 per hour, plus uncapped commission potential, making this a highly rewarding career opportunity.
