Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) at Fairview Health Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, improving network performance, and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive network growth, improve quality, and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Network Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for network expansion, improve operational efficiency, and enhance clinical integration.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance management to ensure the network's financial sustainability.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, reduce readmissions, and improve patient satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with network providers, Fairview leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration).
  • Experience: 8+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including 5+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience: Experience leading a clinically integrated network or similar healthcare organization.
