IT Audit Executive Director

About this role:
The Enterprise Technology Audit Group (ETAG) is seeking an Audit Executive Director, who will provide leadership in the audit coverage of Wells Fargo's integrated audits, project audits, and application portfolio. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. The Audit Executive Director will lead a team of audit staff to resolve highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering long-term solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead defined audits within one or more segments of the Audit Plan
• Ensure audit engagements are risk-based and executed according to Wells Fargo Internal Audit policies and guidance
• Assist in planning and organizing work in an annual cycle and project cycle, including monitoring of audit work
• Develop and maintain solid business relationships within Wells Fargo Internal Audit and with teams across Wells Fargo and other stakeholders
• Become a subject-matter-expert in various integrated and application auditing disciplines, serving as a trusted advisor on risks in these areas to management and audit leadership.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Audit, Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Desired experience includes leading and supervising audits, preferably at a large bank or Big 4 accounting firm
• Demonstrated experience assessing scaled and highly complex application and development environments, preferably in the financial services sector
• Solid knowledge and understanding of audit or risk methodologies and supporting tools
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is $144,400.00 - $300,000.00 per year, based on the job description and location. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on individual factors.
