Position Overview:

The Email and Mobile Marketing Associate Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the email and mobile messaging initiatives, ensuring alignment with the broader CRM and integrated marketing strategy. This position collaborates with various internal and external teams to craft and evaluate customer engagement strategies aimed at retention, acquisition, and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive email and mobile marketing strategies, including campaign calendar creation and creative brief formulation.
  • Work closely with teams to strategize promotional activities, product planning, and customer contact segmentation that align with marketing goals.
  • Continuously assess customer interactions and campaign performance to extract insights, identify trends, and recommend enhancements.
  • Manage relationships with email and mobile marketing platforms, ensuring the advancement of channel capabilities.
  • Present campaign outcomes and demonstrate expertise by providing insights and creative proposals to upper management on a regular basis.
  • Design, execute, and refine strategies for customer lifecycle programs to enhance acquisition, retention, and overall channel growth.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices, including A/B testing, list segmentation, deliverability, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in email marketing or a comparable combination of education and experience, preferably in a multichannel retail environment.
  • Proficient in data-driven marketing and customer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, SQL, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
  • Experience with email service platforms and marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments, driving initiatives through consensus and data-driven insights.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with a knack for translating data into actionable business insights.
