Position Overview

ROLE SUMMARY

The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering positive interactions with designated clients and sales teams, managing order processing, drafting correspondence, and addressing client needs to guarantee satisfaction. Provides information on pricing, availability, and scheduling within set parameters. Aids Account Program Managers and Administrators in their tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Oversight - Ensures timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Inputs orders for assigned accounts and others, maximizing production efficiency and overall contribution.
  • Effective Communication - Works collaboratively with clients, sales personnel, and various departments to improve service and sales outcomes. Maintains consistent and responsive communication with clients. Monitors orders and alerts staff to any delivery challenges. Supplies data for informed decision-making and addresses client inquiries tactfully.
  • Issue Resolution - Effectively resolves challenges to support sales and business objectives, balancing client and company interests.
  • Relationship Development - Fosters constructive relationships with both external and internal clients to promote teamwork in resolving issues.
  • Industry Awareness - Remains knowledgeable about client business conditions and trends within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Sales Support - Informs clients about company products and services, highlighting differentiators from competitors.
  • Project Assistance - Supports Project Management Teams in their initiatives.
  • Contract Management - Comprehends contract stipulations, verifies order adherence, and reports any discrepancies.
  • Process Enhancement - Identifies and suggests improvements, aiming for optimal outcomes for both parties. Organizes client communications effectively.
