Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Development Specialist to join our team at Equus Workforce Solutions. As a Career Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping job seekers and career changers prepare for and advance in careers with a focus on sustainable, high-growth, high-demand industries.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their career goals and provide personalized support to help them achieve success.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their career objectives.
- Provide ongoing case management and follow-up to ensure clients are meeting their career goals and making progress towards their objectives.
- Collaborate with schools, account managers, and management to ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of required tasks.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions to help clients develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their chosen careers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress.
- Ensure that clients are meeting their contractual obligations and making progress towards their career goals.
- 2+ years of experience in career development, workforce solutions, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs.
- Bachelor's degree in education, social services, healthcare, or a related field.
