Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Treatment Specialist. This rewarding role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to work closely with our handpicked RBTs and develop a schedule that gives you the work-life balance you deserve. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough behavioral assessments to inform treatment planning
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Providing training and support to caregivers and other professionals
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a BCBA
